His Journey: Bridging Perspectives
Marc’s path to mediation was shaped by a unique blend of regional roots and international experience:
Formative Roots: Raised in the tranquility of Southern Austria, Marc’s early years provided a broad education and a keen observation of human behavior. He learned early on how unmet needs and diverging paths can lead to friction if left unaddressed.
Adaptability in Graz: Moving to the Styrian capital was a turning point. Stepping in as an “outsider,” he mastered the art of adaptation. His year of social service and his subsequent legal studies provided him with a dual perspective: the technicality of the law and the reality of social responsibility.
The Slovenian Connection: An Erasmus+ exchange to Ljubljana evolved into a lifelong bond. Today, Marc calls Ljubljana his second home, living and working between Austria and Slovenia.
